If you have RTB, it'll be fine
If you didn't download RTB or if you deleted it from your add-ons, it will be glitchy
Your problem most likely has to do with something else if you do have RTB

For some reason, there is a 50/50 chance that this happens for me. Every other player can pick up ammo fine, but I sometimes can't.
