Well, I use PepperB for finishing off people rather than pushing back
Haven't really seen the potential of its pushing power!

Also, I run up close to people and then proceed to blow people's brains out with Snubnose
To me, it's just a weaker magnum

For snubnose i get my main as a magnum and secondary as snubnose

because if i dont kill him with my main i will be sure to kill him with snubnose

I can go around with a Snubnose and easily get kills. The PepperBox is like a weapon to "finish off" someone with low health as HikerBob said earlier.

If I were to set up classes as follows, would it still be balanced?

Slot 3: Tier Explosives 2
Slot 4: Tier Explosives 1
Slot 5: Tier Melee

Assume any slot can take any weapon in the stated tiers.  Anyone who can answer is acceptable, but I want to hear from the stately rhino himself.

Maybe the first and second slot will be:
Tier 2
Tier 1

then you can upgrade to
tier 2A
tier 1A
