What do you mean by "extract these files"? How to Install Add-ons sticky states "Do not extract the zip file." |

Then just enable it ingame. |

If you are downloading the files separately you don't extract them. If you are downloading the combined version then you extract a zip file that contains other zip files into Add-Ons. |
