The reloading is not OKAY. BL is not a game of realistic war, firing guns whit out having to reload is Best

You can edit starting ammo in RTB prefs. Just set it at some ridiculously high number.
For those who didn't know, ammo drops from dead players can aslo be changed.

Well, if you want to know what it looks like, it's sort of like a Degtyarev.
Drum LMG is the classic replacement.

I think he means that it shoots all over the place with its huge spread and high fire rate, has unlimited ammo and you generally just keep it on

Somewhat of a confusing question;
In some games, the term "Sprayer" means users of automatic guns.
