For no apparent reason, The ammo starts off working normally but then after it's supposed to reload, the ammo goes into the negatives and stops working. Then for some guns they don't even use ammo or even fire at all. Some don't make noise, and I can't spawn the Item for the ammo's. I need help please!

Yep. Same problem with me. Half of them won't even fire...I tried re-downloading and everything.

Using RTB prefs, make sure you're set to spawn with ammo.

still doesnt work the gun has ammo it just wont fire when i click

Hold click. It takes time to wind up. If you're having it put away after the arming 'click' you probably have too many other add-ons/a few crapons armed onhand.
