Can't join own server....
Regulith:
Start regular Blockland. Enable all of the add-ons you want to have on your dedicated server and start the game. I believe this can be done with Single Player but you might want to set it to Internet just to be sure. When your server is done loading, exit Blockland. Run dedicated.bat.
If memory serves me correctly, this should work.

not for me for some odd reason, i just have another copy that i use for dedicated hosting :D
