Sounds like either RAM is going bad or a component is overheating.
We ran memtest86 several times and didn't get any errors at all and the cpu and gpu have pretty damn good temps.  I really don't know what could be overheating. :/

Well then he needs to take it somewhere to get proper diagnostics done on it. We can't exactly diagnose a problem without being able to try things ourselves can we?
