WTF, Punch Packet?

Pages: << < (4/10) > >>

General Nick:

With the new technology of v14, port forwarding is no longer necessary!

Thanks to the magic of...

PUNCH PACKETS!
With THESE suckers, you don't need port forwarding!
Just sock it to 'em when they don't see it coming and boom! You'll be able to connect to their server without any port forwarding on their end!
Side effects may include arrest for aggravated assault, attempted murder, internet fights, real fights, fights, chicken fights, dog fights, cat fights, plane fights, Northwestern Blue Pine Tree fights and injuries are possible. Stop use and call a doctor if you have an erection lasting longer than four hours. Don't use Cialis if you use nitrates for chest pain as this may cause an unsafe drop in awesomeness, probably because you have erectile disfunction.

No but seriously it's just part of v14's UPnP usage. It's nothing dangerous.

double post for no edit.

Badspot didn't fail. You have an old router that does not support UPnP.
Solution: Research a little bit.

If you have tried to port forward before v14, remove all port forwarding settings related to Blockland.

If you haven't tried to port forward, try turning on UPnP.

If UPnP is not found anywhere on your router settings, then you simply need to either port forward properly, or get a new router.
