Reinforcements:

I have them in my add-ons and they're checked off, but they don't appear in-game.

alex dude:

If they are checked off they will not appear in-game,
check the box and then try.

Blastdown:

Requires the JVS_Content add-on to be used, it must be checked off as well.

Regulith:

Do you have a lot of add-ons enabled?

New post edit: That could be the problem as well.

Checked off generally means the box is checked.
