Emitters won't work!
No, FROHman Elite!:
I recently visited a WIP creeper game where the emitters didn't work, and when I went to my own server, I shot a RYNO, and none of the bullet emmiters appeared, then I tried spawning a emitter, and none of them worked.

This is a known problem. Try reading a little first.
General Nick:
Known problem. Suiciding fixes it.
Splash:
try goint into the options and going to the bottom and seleceting best on some of them,that seems to work for me.
Clockworks:
I found the cause. Whenever a player's ID leaves your server, emitters glitch. Suiciding DOES fix, but it causes to be extremely annoying in times of DMs and such.
