Give it more then 25 minutes, more like 24 hours before expecting a reply, anything beforehand is just luck.

You need JVs Doors and the Keys add-on then you change the first event on the door from OnActivate>Self>ContentStart>Unrestricted to OnKeyHit>Self>ContentStart>Unrestricted

No edit: And if you want the door to lock and un-lock you add the event OnKeyHit>Self>ToggleEventEnabled>0
