Back when Blockland was in v1 or v2, I tried to be polite to everyone and was frustrated every time I left my computer. I learned its a whole lot easier to just post rules that are impossible to "not see" (like people claim) and then kick for first offense, and ban for the next. You don't notice how stupid and ignorant some people can be if you're a calm person joining a server and actually reading rules.
For example, if I entered a random server hosted by someone I don't know, I wouldn't waltz up to them and pink them, and then spawn a 1x1 and spawn a gun on it, then leave the server. When I go to servers, I make a 1x1, check and see if there are interesting weapons, and then break my 1x1. It's not hard at all, and it helps out the admin running that server.
I think if a group of forum users got together and made a small map with events and script, we could make a "Online/Multiplayer tutorial" using bots and things to add as another tutorial to Blockland; Which would be fantastic. What Blockland users like in the incoming members, and things that should be avoided online. AND, if done correctly, and Baddy approved, there
could be less dramas on these here forums. Not saying it's for sure, but it's a small possibility
Every ban is a permaban. :D
If I need get banning, this is pretty much the only way. People I ban are people that come back after being kicked, calling me a friend and and starfish, because they were spamming rocket events pointed at my house. Those are always permas.
Bots don't hold gruges, bots don't pick favorites, bots are fair, bots are the ideal admins.
This is one of my down-flaws as an admin. I have friends that I let be douchebags too often to others. But some of my friends are friends I've had since the beginning and mean more to me.
Oh darnet, I'm human.Ignore the fact that this was a terrible format and I changed subjects a lot :D
