This would be helpful, as I don't like multi-boxing just to check if my friends server is up.
Basically you could bind this to a key and browse the servers, so you don't have to exit single-player or leave your server to check if your friends one is up.

Look on rtb downloads section-->clientsided mods--> and its there.
