You can't pretend that a file is an online site.

Instructions:
1)Go to tinypic.com or photobucket.com
2)Make an account
3)Upload pictures
4)Get links to the pictures themselves.
5)Paste into [img ]http://tags.
6)???
7)Profit.

Example: (quote me to find out the link thingy.
