Multiple servers

With the advent of v14, I've run into a problem. Whenever I attempt to host a server alongside with my dedicated, the newest server becomes dead. I was wondering if that has anything to do with an addon, or if its just v14 restrictions. If it's v14, I would really appreciate if someone could find a way to fix this. if it's just MY bl, could someone help me?
