Creeper Settings Help

Ok i finally figure out how to get the creeper to work but i dont know how to change its settings to make it grow fast and everything and yes i checked the manueal i was given a link to ealier but that didnt help cant anyone explain how to do this?

Get Return to Blockland and open the Server Preferences.
