Could use a script or something that changes your face to a different one.

It's already possible, but not with GIFs. Due to the avatar 1 change a second lock, we'd need some badspot coding for any real animation to work.

Actually, I've heard that something like this is possible, just not easy. It takes a certain type of .png
I'm sure you could make an animated face with script.
