Heres some tips:
Usally, 1x1 bricks are counted as spam unless your on a mini-build.
Refrane from really any kind of RP's, there mostly spam or online dater magnets.
Don't ask for admin or build trust, that usally ticks people off.
Leave servers that have admins that think high BL ID's are for stupid people.

And another tip: try to use good spelling as much as possible. And don't do random, annoying things, such as the "tip" I bolded above.
