Due to a change badspot made while I was making the update a few versions ago. You need to increase the schedule limit for the director to function properly.
Either that, or someone is constantly calling director tank events.

They would have to have admin, there were no admin on my server, the schedule limit is at 1000.
Edit: Unless of course they had my build trust..
