Backup is extra, but maybe only for space you actually use and 25%-50% cheaper for the equivalent plan.

Not sure how exactly I want to do it but hardware issues are rare and backup is only for those who really need it.

Lub was on Badspots block party saying that his service is better. Doesn't really say how apart from your service being up only 99.5% of the time or whatever. And he answered my question about whether or not the service will be accessible through RTB. It won't :(
