If you're still working on them and plan to finished them.

I don't detect him as feeling insulted. I'd say the same thing if someone denied the chance to earn some prize for placing some of their best builds all in one topic.

The best way would be to make the prize 10 and then charge 1 for entrance
Then increase the prize to 15 and higher if enough people enter

If you mean something you entered in another contest, then yes.

Info: An RPG we're building. Contains several areas of varying type with dungeons, skills and monsters in each. (Snow landscapes w/ hidden volcanic dungeon, Desert field with a heavy mining facility, Forest connection zone with easy training in all fields, etc.) There won't be any reason to donate to our server. At all. We don't aim to rob anyone here, just to "Show you what we're capable of!"

Brick Count: 100k+ as of right now. We hope to finish before hitting the brick limit, which is entirely possible.
