The NES Mega Man games all have pretty much the same basic sound effects.  Unless there are specific sound effects you want, the Mega Man 3 pack should do just fine for general-purpose Mega Man stuff.

Everyone else:  I'm not promising anything, but I'll see what I can do.  Expect Zelda sounds first.
