What is the most efficient way to make avatars transparent?

I use Left 4 Block (Rotondo) often and I encounter many bugs. Rotondo has not updated the add-on for quite some time now and I was wondering if anyone can fix it up.

List of bugs I can think of at the moment:

• The zombie thing at the bottom of the minigame creator has two interfaces.
• Smokers crash when they attack.
• It just does not work if you don't check "Always finds player"
