Milkshape 3D is so hard to work with at times, if you're trying to scale something that is rotated, it won't rotate it by the axis of the selected vertices, it will scale it by the default straight axis which is very annoying

Also, do you think the tips of his feet should slant inwards like the higher parts or should it stay going straight down?

Yep.

I get around that by writing how far I rotated and rotating it back while I scale.

Looks pretty good

But some of those faces are a little wanked, on the tip and on the blade edge.

Tappet has no arms :(
