I don't have picture proof but find Niff's profile and private message him and he can tell you, as a second witness. Unfortunately he is away at boy scouts camp for the week. But private message him and he will probably answer when he gets back.

A couple days ago I was playing Animal Crossing New Leaf and i came across a very fast thing that would hide behind trees,Re-Tail,etc. and was impossible to catch. You could not talk to him while he would  infinitely run. I searched everywhere on the internet but no leads. Anyone know anything about this?

P.S. The gates were closed so i couldn't be another person...
