Drama / DrenDran's server - Complete hell

ok so my friend and i were looking for servers and i thought why not a tdm?
so i connected to the server and was instantly flooded by "WTF" or "this sucks"
so i wondered why until i spawned.
he was using his new GUI witch was VERY glitchy and half the time we were randomly shot into the sky (1) on the other hand, people didnt know how to get weapons, so basicly we were all screwed.
also people were ONLY using engineer or spy because of the aimbots sentrys or because of the rc bomb.
ALSO, the weapons were very mixed up, and i dont think dren dran has ever thought of this, but the weapons were all wrong.

well i joined his and it was a tdm, there was people spamming chat, and the host was doing nothing to stop it.
so i spawned and i saw the nightmare.
he was using the mininuke to kill the enemy team and the enemy team had double rocket launchers.

Help / server starting issue

when i start a server it does everything right except at the end it just says sending permission to load map <map name> and does nothing else.
help :c

OK i tried to join blockland today and there was an update so i was like "yay!" so it loaded up and it just sat there with a stupid message that said loading cache files.so i just sat there and the loading bar never moved. WHAT THE HELL. ill put ip pics if i can figure out how to >_>

so i was playing this guys jail rp with my friend and we were on guards. we did this trick and i got on the roof and we was guarding the door and he came out and killed my freind and i killed him. then he said "WAT TEH HEL I JUST GAVE UP!!!1!"
and you can guess what happened next.
