On my low end computer I ran it full everything at 60 FPS stable.

Later, when the game will be officialy realesed (it's in closed beta now), it'll have the combination of all three World of. You'll be able to play as a plane, tank, or battleship!

How do you make circular roads? I didn't see it on the simcity subreddit and I'm too lazy to google it and I'm watching community so i don't want to play the game.

On the road tool, by where the region/city view buttons are, there are road design selection tools.

After playing a bit longer, I must say, I take back what I said about it before.

I guess I was expecting too much of a Simcity 4 re-skin.

It's a very pretty, fluid game.

That doesn't mean it ruins the game, you have no idea what it's going to be like with that. You're just hating on features that aren't even out yet.

I don't like games that require other people to do stuff, like in regions, because if they don't do it, you're forgeted.

Pretty sure the Constitution doesn't mandate the outer workings of the political system, which is what I believe Tonkka was referring to.
And yes, considering that the government is trying to take away a birth given right of owning firearms, I think they have some pretty nice ground to stand on.

If you don't believe me, go around and ask people how Riddler came to power, exactly.  Then ask them who they voted for (be careful, this is in the modern era considered to be politically incorrect), and see what they say.
