The amount of riches matters not, rather it is the actions and ideals that define them.
Anyways, Galaumia begins to build up their infrastructure. They create aqueducts to bring water into Chijidan, they also build taverns, libraries, and public forums, for citizens to express their opinions amongst government advisors. Trade into Avalonia increases, as Galaumia builds better, wider roads into the rest of the Islamic Empire and Ezbátu. Galaumia excuses the poor and Clergy from taxes, and encourages the rest of the Islamic Empire to do the same. Other religions are now more tolerated in Galaumia, to the extent that others are felt welcome instead of outcast like before.
