On the Blockland website, select SUPPORT (on the left) and click on LOST KEY RECOVERY.  Enter your e-mail address and when I did that, it came immediately.

I had the same problem when we purchased about a month ago.  There is a place on the website that asks to have the code resent and this worked immediately.  i think I did get an e-mail response about a day later with the code.  if you still need the place to request the code, let me know and I'll look for it.

I've setup my first server and actually figured out port forwarding by following the directions and it's working.  I've searched the forums and looked in help, but I don't know how to offer trust to someone.  What commands do I use to offer trust?
