Author Topic: Payed money, but no code?  (Read 2595 times)

Hello people of Blockland.

My mom's friend used his paypal account to buy me Blockland (2 hours ago) and my Mom (being at work) says they still haven't received the code.

I'm probably over-reacting, but is it manual? Am I supposed to wait?

It usually takes a while.

I had the same problem when we purchased about a month ago.  There is a place on the website that asks to have the code resent and this worked immediately.  i think I did get an e-mail response about a day later with the code.  if you still need the place to request the code, let me know and I'll look for it.

On the Blockland website, select SUPPORT (on the left) and click on LOST KEY RECOVERY.  Enter your e-mail address and when I did that, it came immediately.

My mom's not listening to me, she doesn't seem to care. Whatever, I guess I'll wait. >.>

When you check your e-mail also make sure to check your Spam box. It could possibly end up there.


My mom won't call her friend that bought it for me, so I'll have to wait.. she also can't remember his e-mail.

The paypal was set up for HIS paypal account.

If he used paypal it will take a couple of weeks that here i got it i waited a couple of weeks till i for it.

I didn't recieve mine for a week, be patient everyone's wait is different.

ummm. I recieved my activation Instantly. Guess I was lucky.
