When I go to Mod Manager there are several add-ons and maps that can be dowloaded.  When I choose an add-on the download link does not work.   Do you know why?

My son loves this game and roblox.  However, I notice on this game that players can chat in the left hand corner of the screen. How is this monitored as my child is only seven?  Are there parental controls that can be activated, so that he can not read other members remarks.

This command does not always show up in the right hand corner of the screen Q=Tools.  Does anyone know why this occurs?
