i got as far as knowing how to open it, but when i edit it and put it back in, it still doesnt work, it still shows the origional jobs in ^help jobs

i dont remember how anymore but there is a way that your blockland might be trying to play audio on a different device, what are you runing? vista? xp?

ok, im running the city RPG mod (the server is called "Brett's City RP Server") there are a few things im wondering about, if i can get some help with this it would be great.
Im wondering how i can get a health bar into the UI so me/other people can see there health. Also, with the City RP mod, im wondering how i can add in more jobs into the list, and also, is there a way to change the price for weapons and items? finaly, every time i try adding a job, it shows up in my C:\Program Files\Blockland\config\server but not ingame when i type in ^help jobs also, even when i take out the .zip file from the addons folder, it still shows up in normal game when i go to host a normal server.
oh, finaly, is there a way to talk to people in-game with the dedicated server console? i know i need to type some command but i dont know what command to type.
