Help / When i chat, i cant send and i am stuck on chat until i exit.

How can i resolve this? I had to close down a server just because i faced the problem. Whenever i try to chat it gets stuck, i cant delete, enter, or ANYTHING i can only type, its all it lets me do. Anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Can someone make some kind of new gamemode much like speedkart but with items, drifting,speed ramps, and ramp boosts? it would be greatly apreciated.
