Rummage through his stuff and keep anything useful. Throw all of the rest of it out onto the highway. Aim for the right side of the truck so he is less likely to see everything in his left mirrior next to his face. If you find a gun or some weapon then use it on him
If you have traffic behind you then maybe rethink this unless you see a police car. If you do then open the door and lay down waving your arms around so he sees you without you falling out

Talk to your uncle. Ask him if he is willing to go with you to find your father and CALMLY speak with him. Make your uncle promise not to murder your father because he is the only one that could give you an answer on the Rico thing.
If your uncle hates you now and you suspect that he will do something to hurt you again then have him put in prison. Bring something to defend yourself with if you end up travelling with him, just in case.
