Help / My RTB and BL refuses to work!

I had a long break from BL, and decided to come play again.
Once I downloaded the uptade, RTB popped up and asked me to download the new version.
It said it couldnt overwrite the file because it was read only.
I reinstalled blockland several times and didint want to save the add-ons.
Now my blockland folder doesnt have any folders inside it, except launcher and uninstall.
I tried to create a add-ons folder and move RTB there, but nothing happened.
Help please?
