All anyone ever would need would be 8 for now.
4 holds up just fine today.

But 4 rams are not enough to provide milk for cheese for my entire family?

Adding more RAM only helps if you have a worse processor. I recommend a Pentium 4 (Extreme Edition).

Beyond 8 is just only useful if you're the kind of person that needs that much.

Does 10 rams go to hold as more to contain for to fit my needs?

Damnit I strikes a deal to get the cards and Phenom for 300

Ah, that changes some stuff. If you really need to hit $600, that's your best offer.

The only thing I really recommend to change is to get a more solid power supply. While I'm sure Raidmax is a perfectly legitimate company, having a PSU that is $25 below a Cooler Master of 50W less seems a little off. And while it indeed costs a bit more, as someone who has had a power supply explode on me, I would strongly recommend you go for the Cooler Master.

If you want, you might want to bump up your ram to 8GB as well.

Cooler Master 650W:

I checked your prices and the cheapest reasonable 1 GB geforce 460 was $170 from MSI, which is $340 for 2 cards. Conversely, the best AMD phenom II x4 for the price is the black edition at $130.  So that right there is $470. Now you have $130 for all other parts. This is completely unreasonable for a case, RAM, an HDD, a motherboard and a power supply.

Now realistically, getting 2 460's is pretty cost ineffective. You can get a card that is essentially 2 460's stuck together into one card for $385, but its still not that useful. Getting multiple graphics cards is pretty useless if you're getting the cheapest possible mobo, cpu, and 4GB of RAM, and your computer would honestly be a lot better if you just got 1 card and invested the money into other stuff.

Honestly, $600 is really tough to hit for a gaming computer, and basically I managed to hit $870 with the flexibility to work down. It would REALLY work out if you could somehow reuse your old HDD and case (which would bring you down to $710, and from there you could cut the ram from 8GB to 4GB to save $25 or maybe get a slightly lower end mobo for saving $40. If you did that, you would be down to $655, which is slightly over, but I'm guessing is doable.

If you want some help, go ahead and PM me or something and I'll help you out.

Props to Greekgeeker for helping me out work out this build.

Music Players do a better job(trust me i know Icecast and how its a emo and only likes Music Players than Broswers) than a broswer does

Broswer... that sounds like a browser I could kick back and share a drink with.

Why would you use Navigator when Obama recommends Internet Explorer 6? I hear they're also making something called Firefox

Not at all. By moving something as large as the entire Earth, you are completely moving its atmosphere and enlargening or decreasing the size of the eclipse.

But I said the earth varies in distance by 3.1 million miles ಠ_ಠ

It has been proven that if we were something like 17 cm closer to the sun the earth would be too hot to be inhabited and if we were that far back it would bee to cold.

By that logic, if I stood on a ladder at high noon (putting me 10 feet closer to the sun directly above me), I would cease to be in a habitable area. The next time I burst into flames when cleaning my gutter I'll tell you.

Thank you, this shows how the Earth was put in a perfect position. Draw it on a map and if you make a larger or smaller eclipse, we surpass the "liveable" area.

I'm not saying anything about god. Just correcting the idea that we are in a special place. The ellipse would need to be millions of miles off course to make recognizable life impossible. The earth isn't special, there is a pretty giant band around every star, one of which happens to have earth in it. There are 3*10^23 stars in the observable universe. One is bound to be habitable. Don't break science, kid, Bill Nye will kick your ass.
