If you want to make an addon, such as a vehicle or weapon,

To make a weapon/vehicle/item addon, you need-
ScriptingNotepad++ for something to script with and the language or if you have an extra $20 this Torque Interactive Tutorial
MODELINGBlender 2.49 with a tutorial (kinda boring, but VERY helpful. Stay awake if you want to learn how use this) or Blender 2.50, which has no tutorial currently, but is upgraded.

If it is some sort of gamemode, go talk to someone with more experience. (space guy, destiny, rotondo)

and to the blender thing also ldd ldd is what i use to make addons ldd ldd= lego digital desighner s my addons are more blockyer but all my topics in addons keep disappearing

well ive made a pandora tank a green one and all colours but whenever i make a topic in teh addons selection its allways removed it dont say like: moved: pandora tank blah blah it just keep disappearing but i dont have a lot off mods but i have a lot off addons a awfull lot but heres some off my mods: team death match ZAPT zombie mod CALL OFF DUTY 4 WAW national socialist MOD AND national socialist ZOMBIE MOD and right now im looking for a good mod for half life 2 or call off duty black ops i do have both off those games allthourgh btw oh and rainbow player mod i really really really really want and the other rainbow mod forgot what its called and mini-nuke i cant get mini-nuke from youtube cos he crossed out windows link and replaced it with a rar file T_T T_T he could off like left teh windows link there and a rar file there if anybodys got either those things i could trade something you want cos i do have loads loads addons even probbally more than 1 thousand addons i maybe have

have you seen GTA vice city i got that game and that has got green police cars if dont bealeave me look on youtube and type in GTA vice city or GTA vice city police chase or whatever then its got green police cars :P they are not all blackish or blueish
