In the box that is open for your server, type:
talk("[text here]");
Example:
talk("Hello people");
In game that would look like this to other people:
CONSOLE: Hello people
talk("[text here]");

You have to Right click on your blockland shortcut, and click properties. Then Look for where it says Target. Then at the end press space and type "-mod editor" (without parenthasis) and click apply. Make sure the mission editor file/folder is in the blockland folder itself, not add-ons

When I download themes it comes in a .RAR file, but theres usually more than just a .txt file. You have to patch theme files too. Google something like Themepatcher or something
