It's basically a script that spams 1x1 bricks that form letters.  You type in a message like "@bt Hi" (or something similar to that) and you get a bunch of 1x1 bricks that spell out "Hi."

I.E., it's a worthless script.  However, you could luck out by trading some "rare" and "unique" add-ons with other collectors here.  Although I highly encourage you not to post in that thread, at least it will give you an idea of where to post this kind of stuff.
