A Flare is basically a ball on fire. so you could probably use the Fire from the elemental spellpack and trade scripts. That would look pretty realistic (in BL terms).

Every time im on the BL menu or Mod Manager, in about 5 minutes or so an error comes up having a runtime error.... Can anyone help?
