I was also in disguise on that server as "LolMan" this time. The build that is shown in those pictures is Pink Geek's old Jail Break. I went there and asked a few questions:

First, I asked if he built it. He said no and.....













He admits to stealing it, yes, but this guy could have dozens of saves that aren't even his. Is he just going to host all of them? Do you think it is right for someone to steal your builds without you knowing and hosting them long after it was used just because the person likes them?

His "Jail Break" server is up. It's called "Humphrey's Jail Break". I am still banned for the reason:  Rude.

If you guys wanna play on his server, it's a pretty nice jail, I like it. =D

It's not like Jail RPs have any value anyway...

So if someone steals a Jail build and they host it... it is AUTOMATICALLY a Jail RP. Nope, you can't make it a DM, or turn it into a house It MUST be a Jail RP.

Well sure, go ahead and post this in the drama section, but what Orion is saying is we can't really do anything about it. Of course, we can ramble on about how he's a douche, but you know the rate of backfire on these kind of things.

Same situation. There are hundreds of other drama topics that people can't do anything about. Like someone making a drama topic about someone deleting there house on a server for no reason. Nobody can do anything about that either, but it still fits into the drama forums.

Also, why are we discussing if this should be public when it already is? It's too late now.....

You built a build and hosted it on a server, that automatically means it belongs to Blockland and anyone can save it if they want.

I agree he was kind of a douche, but there is no official rule that prevents this.

If you have a problem with people using your builds, don't show them to the public.

You can say that with any other topic in the drama forums. Example: If you have a problem with people banning you for no reason, don't show them to the public. It's called the "Drama Forums", that's kind of what you do.

Then, does it really matter?

Just because he doesn't claim it, doesn't mean he isn't stealing it, thats what the whole topic is about. He gave no credit to me and kept saying he wasn't doing anything wrong because there was no copyright. He also said that I gave him permission to use it, which I never did.

No he wasn't claiming it. He was using it publically...like a few minutes ago.

He said "the creator" let him use it. Bet he doesn't know who Badspot/Eric Hartman is. c:

I think he meant the creator as me, or iBlox.

I built a Jail Break a long time ago and someone stole it. His name is Humphrey. I think he is, by the way he talks and acts, in the age range of 7-10. Here are some of the things he said. I was disguised as my brothers name, -Nick-.

I asked him if he knew iBlox.



I didn't understand what he meant, so I asked him if iBlox gave him permission to use it.



So I asked the same question again.



I said that it doesn't give him the right to use his build.



Then I said that it still doesn't allow him to use someone else's build.



After the message above, he banned me for like a minute saying I don't know what copyright is. Then, I IRC'd Neon, who was in the server, and told him to say he stole iBlox's Jail. I rejoined with the name "Cakeman106" or something.









I think what Humphrey meant was that since he was able to join my server and save it, it isn't a rule to steal someones build and use it.

Although not long, it at least proves that LolMaster knew if its existence.

Thats not even long enough for ghosting the bricks. Heck, you can't even spawn in that amount of time to see the build.

Nah, he just built all of the same trusses one-by-one instead of duplicating them. He thought that building them exactly the same one-by-one would look better than duplicating it. -_-
