He's one of the persons who used computermix's hack in Zapk's rising Lava server and still hasn't got a revoke, but he still would've deserved it.

Yeah, Professor Layton is clearly a troll. When he lagged, he obviously wrote stuff like: "Breakfast" and "xD". He needs his key revoked, that's all what I can say.

Why only "could"? It's still possible
I know, but what does it matter? Badspot is probarly working on a way to prevent it. That's what I meant. What I just said was, that computermix and dotdot should have used the methods to extend the blockland modding abilities, not for exploiting and cheating a game to unfairly receive advantages over others.

Computermix, while I really do appreciate your heel-face-turn and coming clean (as does the rest of the forums), you made the biggest mistake in your Blockland career by releasing these, and it'll take a fair amount of work to fix it up.
Even private releases are problematic. We'd appreciate having the names and IDs of everyone who can crash a server instantly (so if our servers "mysteriously crash" after banning or angering one of them we know who is likely at fault), and I'm sure Badspot would love it if you PMed him the details of the vulnerability so he could fix it.
Also, what if these "responsible" people aren't so responsible? What if they gave it out to someone who pestered them... or even blackmailed them, as Dotdot might do?
Now, if they're well known for being responsible I wouldn't worry. I'd trust Ipquarx with just about anything short of my life, and TheBlackParrot seems pretty damn reliable as well.
As for the hack itself, has anyone actually been revoked for using it?

Also, a speedkart server with the anti-floathack script has literally nothing to fear from Blhack.dll except the crashy thingy. Those will soon be safe I predict.

But seriously I hope Badspot patches this stuff.
Still, the methods computermix used to actually done this, could've been useful to the blockland modding community. Like calling TorqueScript commands through C++. That sounds really nice, and imagine what you could do with it. (Imagining some awesome mods)
But after this aimbot, float-hack, etc. got spread around, this method, which could have been used for good has been again abused for cheating in a game, where you can build stuff. Really, and who needs an aimbot anyway? I'm pretty sure, that killing someone in Blockland is far easier than in any other ego-shooter game. The most weapon projectiles are shooting linear, making it even easier for you. (Except Gravity Cat's weapons.) The simplicity on how the map and the character is build up, allows you to "easily" get an overview of your environment and of your victims. This is not the case on the most ego-shooters, which run on high-end computers and are looking fantastically. Those have a more complex map graphics, structure and it's also not that easy anymore to directly get an overview of your environment and victims cause of other external stuff like fog, etc. Of course, the more you play in those maps, the better you get. Simple as stuff.

I'm getting real sick of this too, so I'll get in line.
Though, to be honest I'm not mad at Computermix for making it. I'm mad for giving it to people who splattered it everywhere. Some random guy even started joining servers and splattered the download. I wasn't going to take the risk of testing it because I'm paranoid. However, I went to Jail Escapes and they just use his HP & Location hack to reveal where I am. The next thing I knew, Prisoners could never win because of those two guys who revealed the locations of EVERYONE with the hack.
I went to a Mafia Madness server, and similar was done. People used the hack to reveal our locations and then shoot us.
On Pecon's Boss Battles a while ago, some guy used the float hack when the boss was Rotondo. Everyone had to wait for the round to end because I thought it was a glitch. Then it happened again and I told him to stop. He actually did and eventually said that a friend of his gave him the hack.
More people have this than we all think. Some newcomers (who could be alternates) even have the hack and claim it's just "an innocent mod like ones on minecraft." I even told them that it's not at all innocent and some thought I was a liar who whined about their strategy. This is getting annoying.

If I'm sure, Computermix said, that he never reverse-engineered Blockland for cheating in several servers. He said, that he saw an advantage for this in blockland modding. Of course, I can't deny that you could really make awesome server stuff with this, for example calling TorqueScript calls through C++ is a really nice thing to have, just imagine the possibilities. But still, I'm a bit disappointed that he made this aimbot and gave it out to people, who would leak it anyway. But well, everyone makes mistakes.

Just saying, that I'm in hands of computermix's DLL source code. Obviously it's written in Visual C++. In case TheBlackParrot you're going to improve your HackCheck, I can send you the source code and you might figure out how it works and create a better method on how to prevent it.

As for disassembling DSO's, "Tarek701" attempted to have done this already.
http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?p=5366505&highlight=#5366505
That topic was posted a year ago in may 2012, where he was talking about, that he successfuly disassembled a Blockland DSO file:

Quote from: Tarek701
A cs.dso file, is a compiled TorqueScript(cs = C Sharp, but not really.), which prevents me to access the main scripts of Blockland. Well, because there are no compilers, i did wrote a DSO Disassembler, which helps me alot more to understand how Blockland actually work.

I don't get how you all make a big deal about it. All kind of programs have flaws. It doesn't surprise me, that someone actually attempted to really get into modifieing Blockland.exe.

I'm imagining the endless fight between Badspot and the exploiters. (Not hacking. Hacking is a bit different from exploiting. However, the advantages you receive from it are the same, of course) And you can trust me, exploiters, hackers, or whatever will always find a way. And I mean the "serious" exploiters and hackers, not the trolls that pretend to have hacking tools. I'm actually talking about the real guys, who are really doing this. They will find a way, trust me. It doesn't matter how you patch something. They find a way. But of course, they will have to be creative in this case, as Blockland runs on a game engine, that uses a client-server architecture. If that wouldn't be the case, you could easily hack/exploit this game by just using your mind and some basic programming knowledge. But I'm happy, that's not the case.

Better you get evidence of the person exploiting or hacking, post it to Badspot and Badspot just revokes the key.
And again for those who still think that hacking a game or exploiting a game is impossible;
An old principle:
"Everything is dual, everything has two poles, and everything has its opposite. All manifested things have two sides, two aspects, or two poles. Everything "is" and "isn't" at the same time, all truths are but half truths and every truth is half false, there are two sides to everything, opposites are identical in nature, yet different in degree, extremes meet, and all paradoxes may be reconciled." - Kybalion.

I'm not sure how to even start this...

Hello, I'm Gun Massacre
You may have heard of me :P

Things haven't really been working out for me.
I'm hated so much that people are going after people that supposedly act like me.

People are always making drama topics about me and taking everything out of context.

I can't believe that this has been happening for over 3 years.

Oh god. I laughed already. This guy is mentally handicapped, really.

General Discussion / Re: What kind of "myths" does Blockland have?
« on: May 29, 2013, 12:28:43 PM »
Those stuffmyths were created by a bunch of handicaps. Actually, they were supposed to be "jokes", which is usually for this community. But some little handicaps took this serious and spread it all around the game, which caused that little kids are believing into this crap. Some are registering here and spreading that stuff around. And as you know, myths are never ending. Some are "modificated" and get a kind of mutation.

I can't say anything about the myths, just that the Rendermen myth isn't true. I remember when one topic came up with this. The "Far Lands" myth is a bit complicated. It's possible, that there's something real into it, for example that going too far could crash Torque something. But I can't prove it, so this will just stay as an argument, without proof.
