This thread is hilarious. c:<3 And this is why the forums would feel so different without you.

Indeed.

hey psp it kojo

sounds like you deserved it

Again, reason being?
EULA is the thing you agree to when you first install the game, should have read it.

The macintosh edition does not contain a EULA, or anything of the sort. I know the windows one does, but that’s not the case.

Your website, scripting utilities, and modeling software are not assoiated with Badspot and Blockland in any way shape or form, and have other uses outside of Blockland. If they're not legally assoiated with blockland you can't even bring them into the discussion.
Nevermind to that then. I can bring them in, but nevermind, I am not blaming anyone for that.

Maybe you shouldn't have been crashing servers without thinking there wouldn't be any consequences.
I wasn't crashing him. I was banning ID's, which his miserable computer failed to handle.
EULA is the thing you agree to when you first install the game, should have read it.
I know what it is. However is there one for the MACINTOSH EDITION? Nope.

EULA
TOS
Where on earth is this EULA? I doesn't come with the game.

I'm just pointing all of this out because I dedicated atleast 200 dollars to blockland. And I am not exactly a millionaire.

200 dollars made up of scripting utilities, modeling software, Photoshop, Blockland itself, And my website.

That's just plain dumb.
That's like getting lifetime membership for a club, then burning it down.
Of course you won't be a member after that.

So then of courseee it wouldn't be a lifetime membership.

It is a life time membership, unless you do something to wreak havoc on the game.

And I did that? 0.5 maximum precent of it at the most.

What?
Badspot made this forum.
He's allowed to post anything he wants.

And if you mean illegal like he could get arrested for it, then you are really, really foolish.

No one did anything illegal.
Not you, not badspot, not anyone in this conversation relating to blockland.
Anyone who thinks the slightest bit otherwise is an idiot.
Unless, of course, they have actual law expirence which can prove my statments false in an intellegent mannor.

I am not necessarily POSITIVE, but saying it is a life time membership and it not being one is false advertising. No?

What? It always has, its common sense.
That depends.
What the hell do you think would happen? You A)Clear the bricks and B)Spam the server, possibly to crash, with bans using the console. Do you expect the server host to go "oh lol it was just a joke haha!" or get angry that you crashed/lagged his server and spammed his banlist. You're a friend and you deserve to stay banned.
No it wasn't. You were causing harm to another persons belongings. Imagine this: You go become friends with a random stranger, he lets you in his house and you burn it down. Tell the court system it was just a joke and that you saved the guys dog! Again, you're a friend and deserve to stay banned.

Good you expressed reason of why I should be banned.

Also that is legal as Kalphiter said. No harm was done anyway. Well, technically NOW harm was done, because I was banned and I can't give him it back. But i'm sure a baseplate with a few 8x8 cubes can easily be rebuilt.

Again, I am not trying to get my key banned, and probably never will. So if you say I deserve to, fine. I do anyway. I'm just seeing what other people think. I don't want my key back.
I thought the game didn't have rules.
It doesn't.
Virtual legos aren't considered property, that is the worst comparison I have ever seen. Badspot banned him because it says in the EULA that he can ban you for any reason at any time, and he thought he deserved to be banned, that is all there is to it. Nothing illegal happened.

What EULA?

OP is 12 and thinks that people only use the word forget for pseudointelligent purposes.

That is not a word. Use a dictionary that is NOT the urban dictionary/novels.

He doesn't have to give a reason. Those "dozens" of people have gotten away with it, you have gotten caught and can't admit it.

Woodland_Creature and a few others went around pretending to collect keys (fake keys said in chat), and he was punished for it.

Mainly those dozen haven’t gotten away. I have one name in mind, who I am not saying, for there playing sake.

He went around basically dosing any servers he could get admin on with ban requests.
Then told others that he did and it was a fun thing to do.

Also, another thing, OP, badspot can ban whoever he wants for whatever he wants, in reality, so being baned for "trolling" is perfectly acceptable.
However there was no perfectly stated reason of my banning, as what I did was not wrong necessarily. It was just a joke. I do agree that he can ban whoever he wants, but he should still have a reason, and why it breaks the rules, or why I should of known not to do it.. Dozens of people have done what I did, and are they banned? Nope.
You're supposed to follow the spirit of the law, not the letter.
I mean really.
What I did is not illegal, (Technically what Badspot did was) so unless your talking about that, I don't get that.

Cca, Maze24 And I were all banned around the same time.
Badspot anger spree?

Well, bullying the kids that give you admin and going to servers to solely break down them make you seem rather unpleasant, so, I don't think it's wrong that you got banned...
I did not do it to break down them, it was a joke, and I was gonna give the stuff back (I saved), but I was banned.
