The government isn't a machine, it's a configuration of people, who need money to operate, and the people they hire need money to do what they do, and so on and so fourth down the line. People don't do services for free, people don't manufacture and build for free. The government has to manage and control currency, it has to spend the same as any other operation, taxes are a way to collect revenue to spend on things that benefit the country. It's not handicapped, it makes absolute sense. If you're a citizen then you pay taxes to the government so the government can do what they do to keep the country running. They misuse tax dollars quite a bit, but the concept still stands.

But continuing to tax you when you live in an entirely different country? Come on.

Did I say I was stating it as fact?

I never said you did, I'm just hoping to minimize the Hater comments because most people comment like their opinions are facts.

I hate things, but I don't say it to people, because that's just kinda richardish. I don't go to every pony thread just to hate, because Im a richard. You know? Too much negativity.

Sounds handicapped.

It is. It is terribly handicapped. In the most literal way.

I really wish out government wasn't so money driven. It seems like that's all they care about. When will they realize that money is just a value placed on paper. The government should be run by the people, for the people. Not run by the rich and powerful, for the money.

Don't forget a bit of the humor.

hoho good one. ah man, that's good.

You fail to realize. Opinion does not equal fact, and people who act like their opinions are facts, are idiots.

that's what happens to your perception of troll when you run a site that is visited by idiots and /b/ wannabees

I visit lolbot, and I can assure you I am neither an idiot or a /b/ wannabee. I just like it because it's like Funnyjunk minus the thumbwhores, rants, and reposts.

:\

After I go to school in Chicago I plan to move to Canada and try and get a job at Ubisoft, or some other video game place.

The only problem is that, if you do want to live somewhere else, It's best that you revoke your American citizenship because if you don't they will still tax you in whatever country you're living in. No seriously, even if you are living in a different country, you can still get taxed by the US gov.

Alright, now to make that picture smaller so you don't completely disregard the last rule in the OP.

Modify the post, and where it says [img.] (without the dot) add a space to that and type [img width=500.] (again, without the dot)

Thanks, I just got rid of the image anyway.

And why would we send men to die for oil?

Yes, that as well. If that IS the reason, I don't know if the end justifies the means.

this isn't 4chan you forgetwit.

Never implied it was miss.

Also to XaMMaX211, I can see where you're coming from. The lolbot forum (myself included) does like to use emotipics. I'm pretty okay with it, Only the super large images are annoying, or when Bodock posts a stuff load in one comment.

I back the war, because whatever the reason a bunch of anti-west extremist with weapons, is never good. The reason The public got into the war was 9/11. The reason the military got into the war was because of Bush's botched search for nuclear warheads. In the end, the CIA found no evidence of Nukes, but Bush (or someone under him) changed the reports to make them sound more imposing.

I don't know about the oil idea. Wouldn't we waste more oil using all those big war machines, planes, tanks, etc? I don't really know, but I would think that would drain out own resources.

Wow stuff. Just looked back at this, Did not expect that to be that big.
It just seems to me like that's really up to the mod's discretion. So If a mod is just feeling angsty one days
they could start banning people, or ban people that don't like.

That's just my Opinion though, and we know how that works.
