IMO JVS wasn't a bad system. It's the only way to break the brick poly-limit with smooth animations. Using Support_LegacyDoors is reccomened, but JVS functions just fine without it, assuming the doors are properly coded.

You will know if you are using Legacy JVS Support if the doors are in the special tab. If you are not using Support_JVS, then JVS will have its own tab on the brick menu. If it's not visible, click the last tab you can see and hit TAB on the keyboard. This will go through the rest of the tabs on the brick menu.

A lot of people have accidentally installed the old JVS_Doors
That is the broken system! Please use JVS_Content instead.

No, i could try that. and I liked the JVS doors because of the sweet trap doors and the trust level access.

Hey guys I have been using JVS since day 1 and now that I am playing the game again, most of the JVS doors in the JVS folder are not there. But when I joined my friends sever who has all the doors I have he has them all and they are in the Special folder in the brick menu. Any fixes for this? I always had them in a separate folder in the brick menu and assumed this was normal when I just started playing again then I noticed most of my content is missing even though its enabled in the add-ons menu.

I have the
JVS Content
Doors pack 0-2
Switches pack 1-2
The legends Doors
Bushido 1
and the Safe

If I don't have any that are new or I am missing that are nice could I get a link?

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks guys!

Epic dogfights on ikes peak and the slopes. Awesome fort wars on fortwar paradice, and explore the san andreas map. Left for block zombies on the zombie san andreas map. V12.... I miss those days. finding a cool looking spot on the slopes to set up a campsite. gotta load V19 on my second computer and have some fun..

It seemed to work, I hosted a left for block sever for a few hours and at one point at 18 people. the temp fix is working so far, just have to start the game using the steam launcher.

Here's the fix. Just replace your Blockland.exe with the one provided and add that line of code to your config/main.cs file. Although this bug has been an issue for a while, a large amount of people have been complaining about this today, I dunno what has changed.

I put the code in the console file where you said to, but when I try to open the game with that launcher it says to use blocklandlauncher.exe I was hosting with my friend and made it public after over an hour and one person joined, a few min later got a runtime error crash

copy that piece of code to config/main.cs in your blockland folder, and it should run everytime you run blockland

Alright thanks, Ill give it a try and post again later tonight on the results.

for the second paragraph's crash: do you play on fullscreen? alt-tabbing or basically minimizing/switching from a fullscreen blockland is known to cause severe lag/crashes on some users. consider playing on windowed so you can still alt-tab or switch windows.

As for your crash you describe in the first paragraph, that sounds like the currently-unfixed pure virtual function call bug. No official fix has been released for that - there is an unofficial one by Zeblote, but your anti-virus may stop you from being able to download and use it.

the l4b or sentry mod should not crash your game; however, they are very very very likely broken given that they were made literally over 6 years ago, as some things has changed engine-wise since then.

thank you very much, I hope this bug gets fixed, I hope badspot is still working to fix stuff like this at least. Yes I played in windowed borderless that is makes sense, For the most part all my old mods do not seem to be broken much I was just curious if it were possible, actually all my old school mods work better than new stuff lol.

I think I am having this issue too, I heard about his temp fix but have no idea how to put it in or whatever to get it to work, never really had to do this before

I am having this issue too, not that i care about the light but my custom weapon pack uses the light key to reload.
