Help / Mouse wheel won't work.
« on: January 28, 2010, 06:28:07 PM »
Hi, I just got a new mouse (Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 4.0), and tried to play Blockland with it, but the mouse wheel will not work at all. I've tried changing default controls to 2 button wheel, and tried reinstalling, as well as installed the mouse's drivers. Also, the mouse wheel works perfectly with any other application, except Blockland. D:

I'm probably going to be wearing my costume from last year, a jellyfish, as illustrated in this slightly awkward photo of me.

Well, I'm new to this forum, and kind of new to Blockland.

I have no idea what version it was when I got Blockland, but my ID is 576. I believe I played it a little but never really got into it, but now that I've found out about it again, it looks pretty cool. So I'm probably gonna actually start playing it now. :D

Anyhow, hullo everyone.

Help / Re: Port forwarding help.
« on: February 03, 2008, 12:07:44 PM »
Okay, yeah, I definitely found a problem. I completely forgot about my Linksys Wi-Fi router, which is in front of my earthlink router (in other words, my laptop is wirelessly connected to my linksys router, my linksys router is connected to my earthlink router, and my earthlink router is connected to the wall jack). So I did this on the linksys one:

And my new question is, what should I do to the earthlink router?

Well I changed my stuff to this:

And my internet still works.

And I did what you said, but it still doesn't work. D= (at least not when I try to join my own server, I dunno if that's the problem.)

you need to have the ip dns and the router ip for hacking and use your statid ip
which is 192.168.1.102
dont use 192.168.1.45
that is how i forwarded my ports and you can visit my server every day now from 5-9 at usual

Oh, ok. I was just trying to do as the tutorial thing did. I'll try that in a sec.

That's not my real external IP though.

Well I already did forward my ports like it said in the tutorial, as so:

However, whenever I try to make a server, it still shows dead, but that's probably because I haven't changed the TCP/IP thing yet. The only problem is, everytime I try to change that, the internet on this computer doesn't end up working. Can anyone tell me what stuff to put into the TCP/IP thing? I'm kind of confused by the tutorial.

Here's my IP and stuff:

I especially don't get what to put in the DNS thing, because the only thing it shows as a DNS for me is the 192.168.1.1 thing, which I'm pretty sure isn't a real DNS.

Wouldn't the Unreal Engine cost like, hundreds of thousands of dollars to license? And Crytek would probably cost just as much.
