Get Wiremod and PHX.
Wiremod sucks but every server has it these days so you'll be needing it if planning to play online.
PHX is very useful and just overall awesome.

I wouldn't say it sucks, its just that 2% of the gmod population can actually use it.
www.garrysmod.org is down at the moment, so have fun searching for an hour to find your mods on Facepunch.

The build is awesome, I like the walls.

Overriding with nVidia control panel to make it have 16x AA and AF, of course.
