Help / help with V9 add-ons plz

when i read the thing for installing V9 add-ons it says to save them to my add-ons folder but when i download them my options are save file and open with where i can choose a program so if you could possibly help me with that I'd appreciate it.

you know those times when you meet some good friend and you want to remember them or find them when you're playing block land? Well i don't know if you do but if there is another block land version i think they should add a friends list with a messenger so if you're looking for something to do on block land you could message your friend and maybe ask him what room he's in (or maybe have an option to join friend's room)so that you don't go running around to different rooms looking for him/her.

hi there im kinda new and I allways see screen shots and and talk about retail blockland. It's like the blockland where the people look more like the real LEGO people and i have no idea how download it. So if you could please tell me about that or how to do it that would be nice. ty :D
