You dont extract the file in the Directory. Just place the Zip/Rar in the Directory.

Killer, the reason you can't get some mods to work is because they haven't been changed to V9. Just wait for the Author/Someone else to Get Online and make them compatible.

Yea, there are great Add-Ons that I wish would be compatible to V9, like the Portal Gun, or the JVS Door System. I know you might not be able to do this, but could someone make them V9 compatible?
