So I've got a real problem with Badspot not creating a better system to browse our addons. Sometimes when I look for a weapon or vehicle, its got a name such as "FCSRI Transport Truck" or such. Since the fall of RTB, there's no way to browse the add-on section for weapons and vehicles easily. You could search for items on the RTB archive, however there are no pictures included.
What do I want? A sub-sectioned add-on forum here at forum.blockland.us where you can view all the different type of addons together. When I want to browse to find a vehicle I want, I would simply scroll through the pages, clicking on the links and looking at the photos. Since we have all these different category add-ons, it'd take ages to do so.
So what did I do?
I sent the following PM to Rotondo and a similar one to Badspot.
I thought to include Rotondo in the matter as he recently tweeted a picture of one of my builds so I thought if my name is fresh in his head, he may consider agreeing with me, but as you might imagine, I had no reply. Here's the PM:

Hey Rotondo
I know you probably get a stuff load of messages concerning bullstuff that really isn't important, but I seriously think we need a more organised add-on section.
Due to the quantity of Blockland players rising in the last few years I think the add-on section was designed to have everything (weapons/vehicles/bricks/scripts) in one place, however this idea is very outdated, as add-ons are increasing at a large rate, we need a better system on the forums which can make it much easier to browse categories.
I hope as I consider myself a long time player of Blockland, you'll take this into consideration.

What a brilliant thread, I thought to myself. It lists a few combined brick packs which are useful!
However I don't think we should stop there.
What this forum needs is an add-on megathread. A thread in the add-on section which will have a list (like Emmanuel has done) but including images of these vehicles.
It may take a lot of time to search through the 2759 and retrieve pictures of every vehicle and weapon in the thread, but I think it would make it a lot easier for people to search for vehicles and weapons which they want to include in their server.
Maybe if we split the task up into different sections, so in each thread someone posts all the weapons, another person posts all the vehicles, and so on.
Perhaps in this format:

Add-on Name

• Brief description

Image here

This is basically my thoughts on how we can make the add-on section an easier place to browse.
Your thoughts? Negative/Positive. I'm open to hearing your views.

Oh, and I think its clear that I cant be bothered to do this, that's why I'm asking someone else to do it.

You may have noticed that RTB chat is back, at around 6:30PM GMT today the server connected everyone.

I've just spoken to Ephialtes, he obviously is not coming back, but has nothing to do with the involvement of this.
Whoever is doing it, they're hosting it themselves.

Help / Should I raise my vehicle limit or will it forget my server?

Making a massive map which would be very nice to play on if it has lots of vehicles..
I've googled it and people are saying it messes their server up (no details of what kind of mess it makes)
However all the responses I've found are from previous versions of Blockland.

Please dont reply with dumb answers like "no", explain why I can/can't do it.

Yep, my second drama creation this week!
Unfortunately, I've come across another idiot.
This time, user 'Nizza Deuchsen Man' is claiming that Hammerhost is more powerful than my VPS (Which he has literally no idea where my VPS is from) then he goes on to say that I am the one that DDoS'd Hammerhost?

He is literally pulling this out of his ass.

Furdle's Grand Theft Auto is back! This time we've given the server a complete overhaul! With the update you can expect a whole new game mode system, a massive map with a realistic layout. No more free killing! yes, I'm please to announce that this game mode mod will eliminate free killers, however you may want to watch out for people who want to steal your cash! Bored of being on the bad side of the law? Now you can join the police, and help clean up the mean streets.
We've added in a few more features, the unique improved vehicle physics will definitely make the server enjoyable to explore.
A new massive feature is a growable drug system! Find a safe place to grow your marijuana and protect your crops from other gangs and the police. This feature will really bring the gang aspect into play. If you want a big farm, you want to get good protection. Forming a gang with other players will allow you to all get money fast, while watching each others back from the law and other hoods!

 - New police gear
 - Released as full length server (Finished the BETA stage)
 - Fixed ammo store exit/enter directions
 - Flamethrower and RPG are now $2500 each

 - Can immobilize wheeled vehicles by shooting at them and destroying their wheels

 - Can reload weapons in the police blocko sedan
 - Can no longer kill or jail within gun stores
 - Can place bounties as a cop
 - Can pick up more than 1 dropped marijuana and heroin item

 - Wanted level decreases overtime
 - Vehicles that are a distance from any player in the server are unloaded (should improve ghosting)

Furdle's Grand Theft Auto is now preparing for long term closing.
I've decided that because of lack of my personal time, and the fact that Siba now is working on something else, I am going to close the server. Since its release (nearly a month and a half ago) we've seen the server at the top of the server list pretty much every day, but as nobody will be able to manage the server I've come to the conclusion that I'll have to take it all down. The server will be up for another day, for everyone to blow their money if they wish. Hopefully the server will return in a few months when/if things quieten down for me.
Massive thanks to Siba for his massive help with the script and all the updates, this server wouldn't be half as good without his help.
Thanks to everyone who has come with me this far in the development in this server.
I'm not leaving blockland, you may still see me from time to time on servers.
I'll get a save of everyone's bank accounts but if the server comes back up with major updates then I cannot guarantee that I'll carry the cash over.
Hope everyone has enjoyed the server so far, I look forward to when I have enough time to host this again.

I could un-administrate the server and let it die out, but I want to give it a more honourable death and kill it while its king.

I would like to let it live on, I really would, but I wouldn't want someone to manage the server under my name. I have a quality reputation to uphold and I wouldn't want it tarnished if something went wrong with the server. It'd be my reputation on the line.
You make it sound like I'm on the run from the law.
I'm now developing games in my degree at university, I don't really have time to play many games because I'm usually working on my own stuff.

I've had PMs and Steam messages for the past month asking me to put the server back up. I've got a lot of spare time from now until the beginning of February, so I think I'll put the server back up for a week for people to enjoy. No updates will be in place and nothing will be developed or changed, it's just for the community to enjoy.

Drama / TB2/Game Makes himself look like a complete idiot.

I visited Game's driving server earlier, I got into a discussion of a script I have which improves the physics of blockland vehicles (basically makes the impact of two vehicles more realistic)

He tells me that I am lying about having the mod. Multiple people can confirm that I do have the mod.
I then explain to him that I will open a server and show it to him. He starts getting annoyed telling me to give him the mod to prove it (which is obviously something which I am not going to do)
I then leave with "If you PM me on the forums, I will gladly open a server and show you the mod in action"
to which I left, and was shortly greeted with this forums message.



Now let me explain if you haven't figured out already why he's an idiot.
Firstly, he tried to cry his way into me giving him a very good mod.
Secondly, he calls himself "staff" on his server. I don't even need to explain why this makes him sound like an idiot.
Thirdly, he thinks I will appeal to get unbanned on his server, through some bullstuff email system as if the forums PM don't work? The whole 'official' type deal with the server just makes you sound like a massive ballbag.

Support me or don't, I really don't mind. I think this is enough evidence to show idiocy.
